We welcome amateur photographers and artists in the gardens. Please set up equipment off the trails.

Members of the press should call in advance to arrange for admission to The Reserve (206-842-7631 x16).

Portrait and commercial photography are not allowed at Bloedel Reserve.

Equipment used for unauthorized photography, videotaping, recording, broadcast or transmission of any kind for commercial purposes is not allowed. Professional photographers with professional cameras or recording equipment, who are visiting Bloedel Reserve with the intent to take photographs or recordings of people or Bloedel Reserve gardens and properties for professional purposes must request permission and make prior arrangements with appropriate Bloedel Reserve representatives. Permission for any recordings or broadcasts on the premises are within the sole discretion of Bloedel Reserve.Folding tripod stands or monopod stands that can fit inside a standard backpack are permitted but should not block passage on trails or damage plant life or landscaping.
